About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 3 project experiences.
This role involves designing and developing web applications for a diverse clientele,
offering a unique opportunity to engage with some of the world’s largest companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize no-code/low-code tools like Bubble or Webflow.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested, and performant UI/UX code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technology trends.
  • Identify areas for code optimization and suggest improvements.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical debates.
  • Work closely with QA to address bugs or performance issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and actively participate in recruitment efforts.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
    related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant, and efficient frontend
    applications.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern
    JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with
    performance test frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code.
  • Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 completed projects in Frontend Development.
  • Proficiency in at least two additional No Code tools (e.g., Webflow, Adalo).
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern
    JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
