Role Overview:

As Senior Manager, Technical Consulting (Healthcare Industry), you will lead and grow a
global team of Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers. You’ll balance ~25%
senior‑architect billable work—solving critical business challenges on Salesforce
Industry Clouds—with ~75% people leadership, practice development, and internal
enablement initiatives to scale our Healthcare consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage ~35 direct and indirect reports, hiring, coaching, and mentoring
    Technical Consultants and Architects to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Oversee performance reviews, career paths, and skill development aligned to
    Salesforce’s Healthcare practice roadmap.
    Technical Delivery & Architecture (25% Billable):
  • Serve as a senior technical architect on Industry Cloud projects, designing
    end‑to‑end solutions using Vlocity OmniStudio, Healthcare Cloud, Service Cloud,
    and Experience Cloud.
  • Lead enterprise architecture and governance discussions with client
    stakeholders, shaping long‑term architectural roadmaps.
    Practice Growth & Enablement:
  • Drive internal initiatives to expand Healthcare consulting capabilities: develop
    methodologies, build enablement content, onboard new architects, and recruit
    top talent.
  • Contribute to the practice’s business plan, thought leadership, and community
    knowledge base.
    Client Engagement & Advisory:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, guiding technology adoption
    strategies that maximize business value and customer trust.
  • Lead functional and technical workshops, negotiate complex solution trade‑offs,
    and manage risk proactively.

Minimum Requirements:

→ 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects at
enterprise scale.
→ 8+ years of direct people management experience.
→ Deep expertise in Salesforce Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud,
and Vlocity OmniStudio.
→ Strong architecture skills: integration (APIs, middleware), data modeling, security
(IAM, sharing), and Apex/Lightning solutions.
→ Proven track record with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and compliance/security
standards in SaaS environments.
→ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical
and executive audiences.
→ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

→ Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, OmniStudio
Developer).
→ Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and patient data
interoperability standards.
→ Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and healthcare compliance
frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
→ Strong business process optimization and change management experience.
