Job Description:

Genpact is seeking applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – MuleSoft. We
are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Architect with a proven track record in successful
MuleSoft integration projects and a deep understanding of MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of MuleSoft solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Develop scalable and efficient integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Hands-on development of integrations, APIs, and connectors using MuleSoft.
  • Gather and analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical
    specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and conduct code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MuleSoft solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and MuleSoft updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a MuleSoft Architecture with strong integration design and
    development background.
  • Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule runtime, Cloud Hub, API
    Gateway, and Any point Studio.
  • Strong understanding of API design principles, microservices architecture, and cloud
    technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with
    stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MuleSoft Certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect) highly desirable.
  • Experience in integration with Salesforce, ERP/CRM, supply chain, OMS.
