Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Principal for our IT Leaders Content Maintenance Center of
Excellence (CoE) in Gurugram. As a Senior Principal, you will lead a team of researchers,
manage research projects end-to-end, and innovate content delivery models. This role
involves investigating, analysing, and writing on critical issues facing IT leaders globally.
The Senior Principal is a key feeder to careers reaching the highest levels of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Lead a research team to interpret, analyze, and structure information from IT
leaders.
✓ Manage timely delivery of research deliverables on relevant IT topics.
✓ Ensure the quality of deliverables by reviewing and checking researchers’ work.
✓ Motivate, coach, facilitate, problem-solve, and address people-related issues.
✓ Directly lead, develop, and motivate one or more researchers across the project
life-cycle.
✓ Collaborate with global teams in India, the US, Europe, and Australia

Qualifications:

✓ Master’s or PhD degrees in fields such as Management, Economics, Sociology,
Political Science, or MBA.
✓ 7+ years of research and/or management consulting experience.
✓ At least 2 years of experience managing research projects end-to-end.
✓ At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team of researchers.
✓ Demonstrated ability to teach, relay ideas, engage clients, and work in global
teams.
