Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for financial and banking projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
    Qualifications and Skills:
  • Extensive experience in project management within the banking/financial sector.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
    Preferred Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in the financial industry.
