Experience: 4-7 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME
segment. - Generate leads and convert them into orders, follow up on marketing leads.
- Provide clear explanations to clients about owning solar systems and technical
integration. - Explain detailed financial calculations to support the purchase of solar systems.
- Generate Techno-Commercial proposals with the help of the design and engineering
team. - Support Operations Team with client and project-related information.
- Daily reporting to AGM Sales as per company process.
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients against project milestones.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales experience, preferably in the MSME segment from any industry vertical.
- Prior solar experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in building a channel sales network is a plus.
- Educational requirement: Graduation in any discipline.
Skills Expected:
- Networking and relationship management with clients.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and writing emails.

- Self-motivated, Go-getter.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.
