Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME
    segment.
  • Generate leads and convert them into orders, follow up on marketing leads.
  • Provide clear explanations to clients about owning solar systems and technical
    integration.
  • Explain detailed financial calculations to support the purchase of solar systems.
  • Generate Techno-Commercial proposals with the help of the design and engineering
    team.
  • Support Operations Team with client and project-related information.
  • Daily reporting to AGM Sales as per company process.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients against project milestones.

Requirements:

  • B2B Sales experience, preferably in the MSME segment from any industry vertical.
  • Prior solar experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in building a channel sales network is a plus.
  • Educational requirement: Graduation in any discipline.

Skills Expected:

  • Networking and relationship management with clients.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and writing emails.

  • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
