Your Role:

• Business Development in GCC for all PFISTERER products.
• Sales Development in existing markets for all PFISTERER products, including Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, etc.
• Definition and implementation of a “go-to-market” strategy.
• Identification and implementation of potential partners/distributors.
• Setting and managing sales targets.
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Monitoring and observing market trends and competition.
• Acting as the interface between customers and Product Managers to ensure technical compliance.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Sales Services, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure exceptional company performance.

Your Profile:

• State Certified Electrical Engineer or higher, with a solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development & Sales of electrical products in international markets.
• Willingness to travel more than 50%.
• Strong ability to interact with people from different cultures.
• Possess assertiveness, empathy, effective communication skills, integrity, and reliability.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are desirable.
