Your Role:
- Business Development in GCC for all PFISTERER products.
- Sales Development in existing markets for all PFISTERER products, including Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, etc.
- Definition and implementation of a “go-to-market” strategy.
- Identification and implementation of potential partners/distributors.
- Setting and managing sales targets.
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Monitoring and observing market trends and competition.
- Acting as the interface between customers and Product Managers to ensure technical compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Sales Services, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure exceptional company performance.
Your Profile:
- State Certified Electrical Engineer or higher, with a solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development & Sales of electrical products in international markets.
- Willingness to travel more than 50%.
- Strong ability to interact with people from different cultures.
- Possess assertiveness, empathy, effective communication skills, integrity, and reliability.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are desirable.
