Job Summary:

Join GE Healthcare as a Senior Staff UI Software Architect in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
As part of the technical leadership team, you will contribute to delivering quality products,
innovation, and team development. Direct and drive the User Interface Development
function using modern JavaScript technology, interacting with Cloud backend workloads,
and ensuring adherence to organizational design standards.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

➢ 15 years of industry experience in Software Development Infrastructure
Engineering with a focus on Cloud environments.
➢ Design and integrate quality within the Software Development Life Cycle following
SAFe/Agile methodologies.
➢ Establish and manage Software System Reliability Monitoring Infrastructure
ensuring Reliability, Availability, Recoverability, and overall performance.
➢ Actively contribute to Build automation, CI/CD & CT in a Cloud-first paradigm over
containerized deployment environment.
➢ Support DevSecOps and ITOps in maintaining nightly builds, static code analysis,
and vulnerability scan procedures.
➢ Provide expertise in Cloud Native Architecture and AWS services.
➢ Own on-call responsibilities and respond to incidents following SLAs.
➢ Assist System Architect in overall cost estimation of Cloud solutions.

Desired Technical Skills/Experience:

➢ Demonstrated leadership in UI Architecture using JavaScript, preferably Angular.
➢ Proven understanding of UX Design Processes and Design Systems.
➢ Thorough knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture and AWS services.
➢ Expertise with browser internals, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, and asynchronous
request handling.
➢ Advanced experience with Docker, Containers, Helm Charts, and CI/CD/CT pipelines
operations.
➢ Familiarity with Database Management Systems and NoSql DBs.
➢ Understanding of deployment strategies like blue-green, Canary, etc.
➢ Experience in the Healthcare domain and Regulatory Compliance requirements like
GDPR, HIPPA, etc.

Educational Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors

➢ Ability to strategize & execute programs.
➢ Experience with global product releases.
➢ Strong written and oral communication skills.
➢ Analytical, results-oriented, and ability to mentor future technical leaders.
