Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
➢ Lead and manage the team in project coordination activities for ongoing solar
projects.
➢ Ensure regular coordination with internal and external stakeholders to expedite
approvals.
➢ Coordinate with State Heads to stay updated on project statuses.
➢ Maintain dashboards to track performance metrics like site survey completions and
DPR Approvals.
Customer Support:
➢ Plan and execute all post-sales inbound and outbound communications according
to project timelines.
O&M and Quality Control:
➢ Manage the team to conduct quality assessments and maintenance activities at
project sites within targeted timelines.
➢ Ensure timely resolution of all tickets and proper reporting to higher management
Team Management:
➢ Lead teams according to their KRAs and company strategy.
➢ Allocate tasks and monitor progress regularly.
➢ Provide support and training to team members as needed.
Regular Reporting:
➢ Provide regular reports on individual project progress.
Mandatory Requirements:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
➢ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or customer support roles.
➢ Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Knowledge of Project Management platforms like Zoho Projects.
➢ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
