About the Role:

Teacher – Adults, you will be at the heart of our mission to empower individuals with the
skills, confidence, and connections to transform their lives. Your role focuses on delivering
high-quality English language instruction, enhancing professional development, and
ensuring effective learning experiences for adult learners. You will also support in-house
teacher development programs, manage internal training initiatives, and contribute to our
broader cultural relations mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Excellence:Plan and deliver up to 18 hours of high-quality English language teaching per week. – Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster learner autonomy. – Contribute to course development and promotional efforts. –
  • Academic Management: – Support senior teachers and the Teaching Excellence Action Plan (TEAP). – Assist in managing teaching centre operations and enhancing Young Learner programs
    through effective teacher support and resource management. –
  • Teacher Training: – Identify training needs and plan internal teacher training sessions. – Facilitate external training programs such as TYLEC and DELTA.
  • Safeguarding: – Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, act as the first point of contact for concerns, and contribute to sector-wide safeguarding plans.
  • Collaboration: – Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to support marketing and customer
    service excellence within the teaching centre. – Engage with learners to create a rewarding and stimulating educational experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: – University degree (in any discipline) – TEFL-I qualification (CELTA or Trinity Certificate TESOL) – Recognized diploma in EFL (DELTA or Trinity Diploma TESOL)
  • Work Experience: – At least 2 years of post-diploma experience in teacher training and delivery.
  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering teacher training sessions is highly
    desirable.
  • Experience in teaching Adults General English (minimum 1200+ hours), IELTS preparation
    (800+ hours), and corporate delivery (600+ hours) is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Monthly pay scale between ₹1,11,667 and ₹2,06,917, equating to
    approximately ₹13.4 – ₹24.8 Lakhs per year.
  • Annual Leave: 21 working days per calendar year, plus 14 Public Holidays.
