About the Role:
🎨 As a Senior Web/Visual Designer (Contract), you will own the end-to-end design and build of OpusClip’s marketing website, landing pages, and digital experiences.
You’ll create responsive, conversion-optimized pages using Figma, Rive, and Webflow, blending aesthetics, performance, and storytelling to drive growth for this fast-scaling AI video platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌐 Own end-to-end design and build of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences from concept to launch.
  • 📱 Design responsive, mobile-first layouts and interactions in Figma and create smooth UI animations/micro-interactions using Rive.
  • 🛠 Build production-ready, high-performing pages directly in Webflow with strong HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals.
  • 🎯 Translate marketing goals and brand direction into visually compelling, user-centered, conversion-optimized designs.
  • 🤝 Partner with marketing stakeholders for campaigns, product launches, and events; ensure visual/brand consistency across all experiences.

Requirements:

  • 🧑‍💼 4+ years professional experience in web/visual design with strong online portfolio of live sites and animations.
  • ✏️ 2+ years creating UI animations and motion design; expert-level proficiency in Figma, Rive, and Webflow.
  • 💻 Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, layout, typography, hierarchy, and modern design principles.
  • 📊 Experience balancing creativity with business goals and data-driven decision making in fast-paced environments.
  • 🌍 Comfortable working independently remotely with strong communication/collaboration across design, marketing, and engineering teams.

Nice to Have:

  • 🎞 Experience with video editing/motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere).
