Key Deliverables:
- Implement CSM Organization & SAM Strategy for Airtel Enterprise Services.
- Conduct periodic reviews of customer network performance.
- Identify and deploy measures to improve service levels.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key personnel at client organizations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recurring revenue.
