Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the on-site Social Media Manager to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Generate innovative campaign ideas for diverse clients.
  • Create monthly content calendars for company brands.
  • Analyze social media analytics to identify effective strategies and measure campaign
    success.
  • Offer suggestions to management for enhancing customer experience on social
    platforms and internal processes.
  • Coordinate with the SEO and E-Comm. teams to enhance the overall campaign process.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of 2-3 years in social media or Client Servicing.
  • Experience conducting research using multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Proactive in generating ideas and strategies for campaigns and client projects.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, with a focus on marketing, promotions,
    advertising sales, or business administration.
