Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the on-site Social Media Manager to devise and execute campaigns.
  • Generate innovative campaign concepts for various clients.
  • Develop monthly content calendars for company brands.
  • Analyze analytics with the social media team to identify effective strategies and measure
    campaign success.
  • Offer recommendations to management for enhancing customer experience on social
    platforms and internal processes.
  • Coordinate with the SEO and E-Comm. teams to create campaigns that add value to the
    entire process.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of 3-5 years in social media or Client Servicing.

  • Proactive in generating campaign ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, with a focus on marketing, promotions,
    advertising sales, or business administration.
