Role Description:

We are hiring a full-time on-site Soft Skills Trainer for our Saket, Delhi location. The
Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for analysing training needs, customizing
programs, and delivering dynamic training sessions to both groups and individuals.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment,
embracing challenges with adaptability.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions using our unique curriculum and
    methodologies.
  • Serve as a learning facilitator, delivering impactful training to a diverse audience of
    working professionals.
  • Provide comprehensive instruction in areas such as public speaking, negotiation,
    innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and more.
  • Foster an inclusive and welcoming learning atmosphere, encouraging active
    participation and collaboration.
  • Tailor learning experiences to individual student needs, creating personalized
    learning paths for optimized educational outcomes.
  • Document training sessions and prepare detailed progress reports to monitor and
    evaluate student development.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to identify and meet specific training needs of clients.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to assess training effectiveness.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Open to learning, adaptable, and analytical.
  • Good screen presence.
  • Willingness to try unconventional teaching methods.
  • Self-sufficient in class facilitation.
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital content.
  • Comfortable teaching all age groups.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Availability to work from the office between 11 am – 9 pm.
  • Laptop with webcam.
