About the Role:
🔍 Build autonomous squad solving complex fintech payment problems using Java/Spring microservices architecture.
Hands-on development across full lifecycle in fast-paced, high-growth embedded payments environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Design/develop Java 8+ backend services with Spring/Hibernate, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and testing frameworks.
- 🔧 Implement microservices, participate in agile code reviews, document architectures, and identify optimizations.
- 📈 Coordinate cross-functionally, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and advocate for technical improvements.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ Java/Golang/C# backend; OOP/design patterns; RDBMS (PostgreSQL); REST API design; JUnit/Cucumber/Mockito.
- 🔒 Strong analytical thinking; agile environment experience; stakeholder collaboration; self-starter mindset.
