About the Role:

As a Software Engineer on the DevOps/Infrastructure team, you’ll build and maintain a
reliable, scalable, and secure platform. You will drive automation, orchestrate cloud
services, and ensure the availability and performance of Fi’s core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, Ansible,
or similar tools.
→ Cloud Operations: Design, deploy, and manage environments on GCP and AWS.
→ Containerization & Orchestration: Implement Kubernetes, Docker, and related
tooling for microservices deployments.
→ CI/CD Pipelines: Build and optimize pipelines using Jenkins, GoCD, GitLab CI, or
equivalent.
→ Monitoring & Logging: Set up and operate Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and
alerting systems.
→ Security & Best Practices: Enforce security controls, secrets management, and
infrastructure hardening.
→ Collaboration: Partner with SREs, developers, and product teams to integrate
infrastructure with application development.

Requirements:

→ 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
→ Proficiency in Python or shell scripting; Go experience is a plus.
→ Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
→ Experience setting up CI/CD and configuration management with Jenkins, GitLab,
Ansible, etc.
→ Strong understanding of microservices architecture and security best practices.
→ Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast
paced startup environment.
