About the Role:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work with a small, agile product team on everything from backend APIs to frontend UI and applied AI projects.
You’ll contribute directly to feature development, shape user experiences, and help optimize Teal’s core product offerings.
Your work will span our tech stack: Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, MongoDB, React, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications and tools
📌 Write clean, maintainable code with empathy for fellow engineers
📌 Move quickly between frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB) work
📌 Gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and suggest ideas for product improvement
📌 Collaborate in project discussions, code reviews, and planning
📌 Contribute across user experience, performance optimization, and automation
📌 Stay updated on new technologies and engineering trends
What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Strong grasp of core software engineering, frontend/backend fundamentals
🎯 Solid experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and/or building servers
🎯 Ability to take initiative and thrive with ambiguity
🎯 Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative, problem-solving team
🎯 Eager to build things, experiment, and own your code from ideation to execution
🎯 1–4 years’ hands-on experience in full stack development preferred
