→ Manage incidents, changes, and problems following ITIL practices.

Profile Requirements:

We’re looking for candidates with:
→ 4+ years of experience in Financial Domain Application Support.
→ Knowledge of Oracle, Teradata, Informatica, and Unix systems.
→ Proficiency in SQL, Unix, and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Control-m.
→ Ability to monitor production runs, raise support issues, and identify automation
opportunities.
→ Prior exposure to risk chain is advantageous.
