About the Role:
This Software Engineer role is essentially a Support Analyst position focused on product support for Hexagon PPM design tools.
You will provide customer and regional team support, handle training/consulting, manage CRM updates and knowledge base content, and work with development/product teams to ensure issues are fixed, tested, and certified before release.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Provide product support, training, and consulting to customers and regional teams.
📌 Update the CRM system and build/maintain a structured knowledge base.
📌 Work in a team to execute small to medium services/customization projects on Hexagon PPM design tools.
📌 Engage with development and product management to advocate for customer needs.
📌 Test and certify fixes before delivering them to customers, ensuring quality and stability.
Requirements:
