- 🔧 Control food costs/wastage; maintain HACCP standards; coordinate high-volume banquet operations.
- 📈 Menu development; train brigade; handle VIP guest requirements; drive outlet profitability excellence.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ 2+ years Sous Chef or 4+ years CDP luxury hotels; comprehensive hygiene/OH&S knowledge required.
- 🔒 MS Office proficiency; recipe systems; high-pressure operations; Indian cuisine mastery essential.
