About the Role:
The Special Hospital Executive will be part of the Global Generics India division, focusing on driving growth and hospital engagement.
This role demands strong relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and the ability to support healthcare professionals in improving patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
📌Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare stakeholders
📌Promote Dr. Reddy’s pharmaceutical products and solutions to healthcare providers
📌Drive sales targets in assigned therapy areas (oncology, gastroenterology, anti-allergy, etc.)
📌Support doctors and hospital staff with product education and clinical knowledge
📌Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
📌Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hospital-based growth initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies:
✅Strong knowledge of hospital and pharmaceutical sales processes
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅Ability to build trust with doctors and hospital management
✅Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic market
✅Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
