About the Role:
Mastercard is hiring a Specialist – Campus Recruitment to support its Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help manage university hiring programs, organize campus events, and support the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a career in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Plan and execute campus hiring events, internship programs, and onboarding activities
📌 Coordinate logistics for interviews, presentations, and recruitment drives
📌 Manage candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding
📌 Maintain recruitment data, reports, and tracking systems
📌 Collaborate with universities, internal teams, and stakeholders
📌 Track event participation, applications, and hiring metrics
📌 Handle communication with candidates and ensure smooth recruitment processes

Requirements:
🎯 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
🎯 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
🎯 Good communication (written and verbal)
🎯 Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
🎯 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
🎯 Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
🎯 Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
