About the Role:
Mastercard is hiring a Specialist – Content Designer to work at the intersection of UX design, multimedia production, and storytelling. In this role, you will create engaging digital experiences, design user journeys, and produce multimedia content such as videos and graphics. Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design user-centered digital experiences, including wireframes and high-fidelity designs
📌 Create and edit multimedia content like videos, graphics, and motion assets
📌 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions
📌 Manage projects from planning to execution and delivery
📌 Maintain reusable design assets and ensure brand consistency
📌 Track project timelines and deliverables using tools like Jira/Asana
📌 Ensure outputs align with enterprise standards and program goals
Requirements:
🎯 3–7 years of experience in content design, UX, or multimedia
🎯 Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
🎯 Basic understanding of UX research and content strategy
🎯 Experience in multimedia production and digital design
🎯 Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills
🎯 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Good communication and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Experience in product, R&D, or innovation environments is a plus
