About the Role:
As a Specialist – Learning at Infosys, you will play a key role in developing and delivering
training programs that empower our workforce with the latest technology skills. We are
looking for experienced trainers with 4 to 7 years of teaching experience and strong
technical know-how in one or more of the following areas:

  • Java (Java programming, Spring, Angular/React, Bootstrap);
  • Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC, Azure, MS Power
    platforms, MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, SharePoint);
  • Testing tools (Selenium, Microfocus UFT/ALM, SOA testing, SOAPUI, Rest Assured,
    Appium);
  • Big Data (Python, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, MongoDB, NoSQL); SAP (ABAP, MM, SD,
    BI, S4 HANA);
  • Oracle (EBS, PeopleSoft, Siebel CRM, Oracle Cloud, OBIEE, Fusion Middleware);
  • API & Integration (Microservices, TIBCO, APIGee, Mule);
  • Digital Commerce (SalesForce, Adobe Experience Manager);
  • Digital Process Automation (PEGA, Appian, Camunda, Unqork, UIPath);
  • MEAN/MERN stacks;
  • Business Intelligence;
  • Data Science;
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management;
  • Cybersecurity;

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include conducting dynamic training sessions in classroom settings,
developing high-quality training materials, and continuously assessing and improving
your teaching methods. You will be expected to adapt to various learner capabilities,
incorporate feedback for self-improvement, and drive the overall effectiveness of our
training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct classroom training sessions, ensuring that all learners
    grasp technical concepts effectively.
  • Material Development: Develop comprehensive training materials, including
    exercises and assignments, tailored to different learning levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to align training
    content with current technologies and industry best practices.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Analyse session feedback and identify areas for
    continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in your
    area of expertise and integrate these insights into training programs.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their
    full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer
    Applications with a strong academic record.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in training and teaching, with a proven track
    record of delivering high-quality technical education.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in one or more of the following areas: Java,
    Microsoft technologies, Testing, Big Data, SAP, Oracle, API and Integration, Digital
    Commerce, Digital Process Automation, MEAN/MERN stacks, Business
    Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud & Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity,
    Mainframe, Open Source, DBMS, Agile, and DevOps.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt training approaches to different learner
    capabilities.
  • Experience in analysing training feedback and implementing improvements is
    essential.
