About the Role:

As Specialist Manager on the gTech Ads team, you’ll lead a cohort of product specialists
focused on driving advertiser success across Google’s digital platforms. You’ll define
strategy, mentor and develop talent, and ensure your team applies data-driven insights
to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet complex business objectives and scale
across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

o Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and grow a team of gTech Ads specialists,
fostering both expansive and reductive thinking.
o Strategic Planning: Own the annual business and investment planning process
for your team, aligning goals with broader gTech Ads priorities.
o Customer Focus: Champion a client-centric culture by aligning solutions to
marketing objectives and driving scaled business growth.
o Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and regional
leads to build and prioritize gTech Ads capabilities and roadmaps.
o Performance Management: Leverage data insights to measure impact, optimize
processes, and continuously improve team effectiveness.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
o 11+ years developing customer relationships and working with digital
media or marketing/advertising solutions.
o 5+ years leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
o Demonstrated ability to apply data insights to drive business performance.
o Experience creating and executing annual business and investment plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical
experience.
o Proven track record collaborating across organizational boundaries to
influence direction and align resources.
o Deep understanding of media industry trends and competitive landscape
to inform strategic decisions.
o Outstanding communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all
levels.
