and supporting their plans to achieve it. As a Solution Consultant, you are essential to the
sales cycle, building a compelling vision of the Darwinbox HCM solution. You’ll use your
expertise to influence and gain credibility with C-level executives through detailed client
workshops and process mapping exercises.
Job Description:
As an HCM Solution Manager, you will partner with sales teams to deliver the Darwinbox
value proposition to business users, including CHRO, CIO, and CFO offices. You play a
critical role in the success of every sales pursuit by leveraging deep HR functional expertise
and comprehensive product knowledge, providing expert solutions through
presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations throughout the sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery workshops with users to formulate and document business
    requirements, including processes, procedures, and work practices.
  • Assist in developing winning and differentiating value propositions and messaging to
    customers, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Develop and champion Darwinbox value-based solutions to client problems,
    communicate them with customers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders
    through various formats such as process flows, context diagrams, functional/technical
    descriptions, and functional demonstrations.
  • Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and develop solution overviews that map
    customer’s business initiatives to the Darwinbox HCM solution.
  • Prepare for and conduct impactful demonstrations of the Darwinbox HCM solution to
    influence customer evaluation processes, demonstrating the value proposition and
    meeting customer expectations.
  • Build expertise in specific industries and present the value of Darwinbox HCM solutions
    to customers in those industries.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders who are influencers
    and decision-makers in the evaluation process.
  • Research and highlight the advantages of Darwinbox HCM and capabilities over legacy
    ERP and other SaaS systems.
  • Continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge through learning opportunities provided
    by Darwinbox.
    Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in value-based selling in an HCM Consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of
    business representatives.
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
