Job Summary:

As a Staff DevOps Cloud Architect at GE Healthcare Imaging, you will lead the
implementation of DevOps best practices, driving scalability, reliability, and security across
our Imaging fleet solutions. Join us in shaping the DevOps strategy, architecting resilient
infrastructure on cloud platforms, and optimizing software development processes.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

➢ Define and drive DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business
objectives.
➢ Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on AWS.
➢ Establish best practices for containerization (Docker) and container orchestration
(Kubernetes).
➢ Lead implementation of advanced DevOps practices to optimize deployment and
operations.
➢ Drive adoption of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform.
➢ Automate manual processes, improve system reliability, and implement monitoring
solutions.
➢ Collaborate with software development and operations teams to optimize
workflows.
➢ Mentor engineering teams on DevOps principles, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.
➢ Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps and cloud
computing.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent
experience.

Required Skills:

➢ 12+ years of DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation,
and cloud-based deployments.
➢ Proficiency in Terraform, Cloud Formation Templates, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS,
CI/CD tools, and Version Control Systems.
➢ Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Ansible, Shell, or Ruby.
➢ Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
➢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have Skills:

➢ Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, and relevant certifications (e.g.,
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
