What Will You Do?

➢ Analyze requirements and devise test scenarios and cases using test management
tools.
➢ Execute test cases, generating insightful reports to enhance product quality.
➢ Develop and maintain Selenium suites, automating test cases for efficient
execution.
➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and conduct regression
testing.
➢ Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in accomplishing tasks.
➢ Lead communication with different functions to plan and execute testing activities.

What Are We Looking For?

➢ Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
➢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
➢ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent from a reputable university.
➢ Proficiency in Java and a keen interest in software quality management.
➢ Prior experience in team management and leadership.
