Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 24/7 support to Security Agencies for LI & DD.
  2. Facilitate Lawful Interception as per the process given by the DoT & amplified in
    Nodal Hand Book, including complete documentation.
  3. Prepare and maintain up-to-date records/documentation for the following:
  • CDR requests received (e-mail/fax/courier/post, etc.).
  • Summons received from court in connection with producing CDR/SDR.
  • Record/Register of Monitoring requests received.
  • Destruction of old records.
  • Maintain Register/Record of Authorized Nodal Officers/Authorized e-mail
    ids/Specimen signature of Security Agencies.
  • Fortnightly letters to security agencies for reconciliation of monitoring requests.
  • Event logs for any issues relating to the LI System.
  • Contact list/Telephone numbers of Security Agencies/Important Police Stations.
  • Maintain & ensure CONFIDENTIALITY of the communication between
    Security/Government Agencies and the company.
