Experience: 4-6 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Residential/C&I solar projects, ensuring
    timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.
  • Take complete ownership of project delivery from procurement to
    installation to after-sales support within the assigned state.
  • Track project quality and budget adherence, ensuring optimal team
    productivity.
  • Monitor and resolve O&M tickets raised in the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and
    compliance with regulations.
  • Assist SCM team in sourcing vendors for various products/services locally.
  • Organize and direct multidisciplinary staff, handle client complaints, collect
    and analyze data, and improve customer experience as needed.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) with 4-6 years of experience in
    the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi;
    knowledge of the local language is preferable.
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Zoho Projects,
    etc.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to motivate and manage large/diverse teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Requirements:

MBA/PG Diploma.
