About the Role:

As a Steward/Dishwasher at Andaz Scottsdale Resort, you will be responsible for
maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel dishes, silverware, and cookware. This is a fast-paced position that requires good communication skills and the ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight. You will be working in a customer-focused
environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of hotel dishes, silverware, and cookware.
• Ensure all kitchen areas meet sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist kitchen staff in keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional behaviour while interacting with colleagues and guests.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts will be either 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Ability to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
