Roles and Responsibilities:

✓ Prepare and coordinate detailed designs of superstructures and substructures for
RCC, ground mount, steel industrial buildings, canopies, etc.
✓ Design structural layout and foundation drawings aligned with site surveys and
Detailed Project Reports.
✓ Independently create General Arrangement, Construction drawings, design
reports, and BOQs for utility-scale solar PV projects.
✓ Demonstrate designs at client office locations or end clients if required.

Mandatory Requirements:

✓ Diploma/Degree in B.E Mechanical/Civil or related disciplines.
✓ 3-5 years of experience in solar structure design.
✓ Proficiency in preparing or reviewing Solar Module Mounting Structure (MMS) &
foundations design using IS codes and standards.
✓ Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Staad Pro.
✓ Capability to prepare various drawings including contour layout, inverter mounting
arrangements, module cleaning system design, fencing drawings, ladder designing,
and drafting, weight calculation sheets.

Additional Requirements:

✓ Ability to think critically, organize work assignments, and collaborate with
stakeholders.
✓ Passion for delivering high-quality results and taking accountability for
assignments.
✓ Willingness to learn and provide clarifications/solutions to site queries/issues.
✓ Good knowledge of MS Office and Google SketchUp.
