About the Role:
As a Technical Presales Consultant at Darwinbox, you will play a critical role in our
enterprise sales process. From understanding customer problem statements to
advocating our product’s functionality, architecture, and security, you will leverage deep
IT systems expertise and comprehensive HCM product knowledge. You will provide expert
solutions, presentations, workshops, and IT architecture demonstrations to customers
throughout the sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Articulate Darwinbox’s differentiated technology value proposition to enterprise
    customers.
  • Present and demonstrate Darwinbox’s technology architecture, security, and DevOps
    capabilities.
  • Build relationships with client IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in on technology aspects.
  • Own technical collaterals and RFP submissions as part of the sales process.
  • Understand clients’ existing IT landscape and develop solutions during product
    workshops.
  • Collaborate with Product and Infosec teams to create technical documentation, including
    technical design documents and network diagrams.
  • Interface with the implementation team to articulate customer requirements and ensure
    a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.
  • Liaise with integrations, DevOps, and product teams to ensure all references are up to
    date.
    Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of value-based selling experience in an IT Systems Consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of
    business representatives.
  • Proven ability to understand and demonstrate IT infrastructure and security of SaaS
    products.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in IT Management is preferred.
