effective troubleshooting.
o Communication with Developers: Reporting identified bugs to
developers for swift resolution.
o Timely Interpretation: Ensuring timely interpretation and resolution of
software issues.
o Software Installation and Updates: Managing the installation and
updating of software applications.
o Customer-Focused Approach: Maintaining a friendly and customercentric approach.
Qualifications:
o Any Degree
o Strong Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software
