- Maintain a detailed database of reference materials.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand project requirements.
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop procedure manuals,
technical specifications, and process documentation. - Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories and
determine best solutions for data storage. - Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates adhering to
organizational standards. - Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Experience writing documentation for various audiences.
- Superb written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with engineers to improve user experience and refine content.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
