About the Role:

As a technician 3 at Atlantis Dubai, you will be responsible for inspecting, performing, and
carrying out preventative maintenance on various facilities, structures, and equipment
across the resort. This role covers a broad range of maintenance tasks—from electrical,
mechanical, and kitchen repairs to painting, carpentry, and more—ensuring that all areas
of the property operate smoothly and safely. You will also perform condition-based
maintenance (CBM) and follow preventive guidelines to maintain optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and other resort
  facilities, including electrical, mechanical, kitchen, painting, carpentry, audio/visual, fire
  safety, and recreational systems.
• Carry out Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and preventive maintenance in
  accordance with manufacturer guidelines and property standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Respond to building emergencies and perform necessary repairs during such events.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment as required.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related trades is required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and rectification skills.
• Background in both preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weights.
