About the Role:

As a Technician 3 at Atlantis Dubai, you will be responsible for inspecting, performing, and
carrying out preventative maintenance on various facilities, structures, and equipment
throughout the resort. Your role will cover a wide range of maintenance tasks, including
work on electrical, mechanical, kitchen, painting, carpentry, audio/visual systems, fire life
safety systems, recreational water systems, guest rooms, public areas, and exterior resort
features. You will conduct condition-based maintenance (CBM) and ensure that preventive
maintenance procedures follow manufacturer guidelines and property standards. Safety
and precision are critical as you work to keep the resort operating at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Sustain assigned aspects of the property, including guest rooms,
  public areas, and resort features, in adherence to standard facilities maintenance procedures.
• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out CBMs and follow preventive maintenance schedules
  based on equipment manufacturer guidelines and property manuals.
• Safety Compliance: Work safely and follow all health and safety guidelines, including the
  proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to perform required duties during building emergencies.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment, ensuring all issued items
  are in proper working condition.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with trades associated with facilities maintenance is required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and rectification skills.
• Background in both preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
