About the Job:
Seeking a seasoned Technology Project Manager to lead dynamic initiatives from our
Quincy, Illinois location. Reporting to the Director of Business Technology, you will drive
critical technology deployments, particularly focusing on Salesforce and other cuttingedge business applications.
This role offers the chance to innovate and shape our future, ensuring seamless project
execution and contributing directly to our strategic business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for Salesforce and related applications, ensuring projects are
delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborate with business leadership, technology teams, and vendors to achieve
successful project deployment. - Develop project timelines and scopes aligned with business objectives, defining clear
plans to achieve goals. - Maintain project budgets, timelines, and status reports while managing resources
effectively. - Track project performance, coordinate team members, and oversee responsibilities.
- Conduct risk assessments, organize progress meetings, and manage change effectively
using agile methodologies.
Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of project management experience in IT, with a strong background in business
& IT strategy. - Proven success in managing Salesforce projects and using Agile methodologies like
SCRUM. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Work Arrangements/Requirements: - Fully remote position, requiring US residency with minimal travel (under 10%).
- US Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident.
Key Competencies: - Collaborative and proactive approach, with strong interpersonal and communication
skills. - Effective in change management and adept at interacting with senior leadership.
- Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities.
