Description:
As a Territory Account Executive for Manufacturing at Salesforce, you’ll drive strategic,
enterprise‑wide sales initiatives within India’s largest manufacturing companies. You will
manage the full sales cycle—from territory planning and pipeline generation through to
deal closure—ensuring you consistently exceed your monthly and quarterly revenue
targets while building long‑term, referenceable customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
→ Sales Target Achievement: Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling
Salesforce solutions into enterprise manufacturing accounts.
→ Territory Strategy: Research and define a go‑to‑market strategy, and build a
qualified target account list within your first 30 days.
→ Pipeline Development: Prospect via cold calls, email campaigns, and sector
events to generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
→ Value‑Based Selling: Engage prospects with value propositions, ROI analyses,
customer references, and industry data to position Salesforce as the strategic
CRM/ERP platform.
→ Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Professional
Services, and Partners to deliver compelling end‑to‑end solutions.
→ Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain daily updates in Salesforce, accurately
forecast revenue, and report on pipeline health and deal progress.

Required Skills:
→ Industry Expertise: Proven success selling to large manufacturing organizations
in India.
→ Enterprise Sales Experience: 6+ years of experience closing complex,
multi‑million‑dollar deals in CRM, ERP, or analogous enterprise software.
→ Quota Achievement: Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and
driving revenue growth.
→ Consultative Selling: Strong consultative skills with the ability to articulate clear
ROI and business value.
→ Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation
skills; capable of engaging C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
→ Time Management: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced,
collaborative environment.
