your region, partnering with C‑level executives to sell outcome‑based integration

Key Responsibilities:

→ Territory Strategy & Planning: Build a qualified account list and go‑to‑market
plan within your first 30 days.
→ Pipeline Generation: Prospect via cold calls, email campaigns, events, and
executive outreach to fuel your pipeline.
→ Value‑Based Selling: Lead strategic conversations—develop business cases,
ROI analyses, and demo Anypoint end‑to‑end solutions.
→ Deal Execution: Manage the entire sales process end‑to‑end, collaborating with
Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners.
→ Quota Achievement: Exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
through new business and expansions.
→ Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce.com data daily
and deliver reliable sales forecasts.

Requirements:

→ Sales Experience: 7+ years selling middleware/integration/enterprise software
(CRM, ERP, APIs) with a proven track record of closing deals ≥ \$500K.
→ Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Public Sector or Manufacturing
verticals (10+ years total solution sales preferred).
→ Consultative Skills: Expert at outcome‑based selling and building executive
relationships.
→ Collaboration: Highly collaborative, with a “be a good human” mindset and
radical candor.
→ Self‑Starter: Thrives in greenfield territory, building business from scratch.
→ Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing API‑led architecture, security, and
integration patterns with IT and business stakeholders.

Developer/Consultant).
