Description:
You will drive strategic, enterprise‑wide sales initiatives within a defined territory of
mid‑market and transformational accounts in the Retail & Consumer Goods sector. Your
role encompasses forecasting sales activity, generating pipeline, and managing the full
sales cycle to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets. You’ll create satisfied,
reference‑able customers through value‑based selling, business‑case definition, and
strategic engagement with senior executives.

Responsibilities:
→ Territory Strategy: Identify and research target accounts to formulate a
go‑to‑market plan within the first 30 days.
→ Pipeline Development: Generate and maintain a robust pipeline via cold calling,
email campaigns, and leveraging sector expertise.
→ Value‑Based Selling: Engage prospects with strategic presentations, ROI
analyses, and customer references to position Salesforce solutions.
→ Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles by coordinating
with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and partner teams.
→ Forecasting & Reporting: Update Salesforce daily with accurate pipeline data
and provide precise monthly forecasts.

Required Skills:
→ Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise solution sales, ideally within
Retail & Consumer Goods.
→ Experience selling to mid‑market/digital‑native companies, with C‑level
engagement to drive strategic outcomes.
→ Strong consultative selling skills, including crafting concise ROI value statements.
→ Excellent time management and ability to balance short‑term and long‑term
revenue goals.
→ Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
