Job Purpose:

As a Territory Manager, you will lead the generation of personal loan business through
various channels. Administer and train a team of executives to expand our commercial
vehicle loan business in the specified locality/branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage channels in the market, acquiring business from them.
  • Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current
    market trends.
  • Identify changing market trends, develop channels for acquiring business, and
    provide high-quality customer service.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies in Retail Banking for
    operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
  • Mentor and coach senior team members to instill ethos of customer centricity,
    innovation, compliance, and integrity.
  • Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement
    to meet customer needs holistically.
  • Attract and retain best-in-class talent to meet the bank’s rapid growth targets.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management.
  • Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in sales.
