About the Role:
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will lead the transformation of testing into a predictive, automated, and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
This involves designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks, executing automated test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks
📌 Implement automated testing processes and execute test cases
📌 Analyze test results, troubleshoot, and debug automated scripts
📌 Participate actively in Agile team discussions and problem-solving
📌 Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and integrity in testing
📌 Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like GitLab
Requirements:
🎯 4+ years hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium
🎯 Strong exposure to API automation using Karate or REST Assured Framework
🎯 Proficient in Core Java with solid OOPS concept understanding
🎯 Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
🎯 Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
🎯 Good communication and collaborative mindset
