Key Responsibilities:

→ Design and Development:
o Create engaging thumbnail designs tailored for Firesidechat video content.
→ Collaboration:
o Work closely with the creative team to incorporate feedback and quickly iterate
on designs.
→ Time-sensitive Delivery:
o Ensure fast turnaround to meet a tight deadline, with designs going live within
the week.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing compelling thumbnails, with a portfolio
    showcasing quality work.
  • Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of visual appeal, click-driving design principles, and
    storytelling through imagery.
