About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a creative, detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join Stephen
Ridley’s team. As a world-class pianist and performer, Stephen’s channel showcases
electrifying performances, behind-the-scenes moments, and inspirational content that
captivates audiences across the globe. Your role will be pivotal in driving engagement and
boosting click-through rates by crafting eye-catching thumbnails that reflect the channel’s
energy and style.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Design and Development:
o Design high-quality, compelling thumbnails that enhance our video content.
→ Collaboration:
o Collaborate with Stephen and the creative team to ensure visuals align with
our brand identity.
→ Innovation:
o Bring fresh ideas to create thumbnails that stand out on YouTube.
→ Performance Analysis:
o Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve designs and increase
engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for digital and YouTube
    platforms.
  • A strong eye for detail, color, and composition.
  • An understanding of current YouTube trends and what drives clicks.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
  • A creative, self-motivated individual who can work both independently and
    collaboratively.
