About the Role:

We are seeking a creative Thumbnail Designer to craft engaging and eye-catching thumbnails
for our YouTube channel. Your primary responsibility will be creating thumbnails that attract
clicks and clearly convey the video’s key message, enhancing viewer engagement and boosting
our channel’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Design and Development:
o Create engaging and eye-catching thumbnails that attract clicks and clearly
convey the video’s key message.
→ Collaboration:
o Work closely with the creative team to ensure that designs align with the
channel’s branding.
→ Optimization:
o Adapt and refine thumbnail designs based on performance analytics and
feedback to drive higher engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop,
    Illustrator, or Canva.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective thumbnail designs,
    specifically for YouTube.
  • Deep understanding of thumbnail psychology including color, composition, and
    typography.
  • Ability to quickly interpret video content and produce relevant, impactful
    thumbnails.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while
    managing multiple projects.
