About the Role:

As a Trainee Greeter/Proctor, you will learn and support IELTS Online exam operations,
ensuring compliance and efficiency during test sessions. This role includes greeting
candidates, remote proctoring, and managing technical/logistical tasks, with a pathway to
an Executive role post-training.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting:

– Validate candidate information and resolve check-in queries.

– Escalate priority issues and ensure daily transaction targets are met.

– Maintain logs and update data sheets with high accuracy.
Proctoring:

– Monitor 6 candidates per live test session (3–4 hours/session).

– Report malpractices, document incidents, and investigate test recordings.

– Complete logs and incident trackers promptly.
Compliance & Security:

– Adhere to information security policies (no personal devices on the operational floor).

– Report non-compliance and uphold organizational standards (IT, code of conduct).

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduation or equivalent.

Language: – IELTS Band 6.5 or equivalent (mandatory; must achieve Band 7 within 45 days of joining).

  • Technical Skills: – Typing speed: 35+ WPM. – Basic MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Soft Skills: – Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability to 24/7 shifts and cross-functional tas

Requirements:

– Legal right to work in India (no visa/sponsorship provided).

– Willingness to work in a secure office environment (24/7 shifts, including weekends).

Desirable:

– Distinction in English (Graduation).

– Microsoft Excel Certification
