Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic UI/UX Designer to shape the user interface and experience
of the RADAR web and mobile app. As part of the Bengaluru product design team,
you’ll contribute to building the next generation of healthcare technology and humanmachine interface. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams,
including product, clinical, development, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement creative solutions aligning with brand values and design philosophy
  • Drive the design process from idea to implementation, including research, UX/UI
    design, and user testing
  • Maintain design libraries for seamless navigation
  • Translate product goals into a measurable user experience
  • Utilize design tools such as Figma/Sketch and animation tools
  • Obsess about end-users, applying research and testing methods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in designing enterprise systems with a degree in design
    (interaction design, visual communication, product, industrial)
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma/Sketch and animation tools
  • Iterative approach with the ability to move quickly from idea to validation
  • Experience in designing mobile interfaces for native apps (Android & iOS) is a bonus
