About the Role:
📋 As a VoIP Project Manager, you will manage key client projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality.You’ll handle planning, monitoring, communication, and stakeholder management across internal teams, clients, and vendors in a telecom/VoIP context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 📅 Organize and moderate daily stand-ups, weekly project status meetings, and strategic client meetings to drive recurring business.
  • 🧭 Define project scope and objectives, estimate and manage resources, and prepare budgets based on scope and requirements.
  • 💰 Track project costs to stay within budget; develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • 📣 Provide regular project updates on strategy, changes, and progress to stakeholders; manage contracts with vendors/suppliers and communicate expected deliverables.
  • 📊 Apply industry best practices, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, measure project performance, and identify improvement areas.

Requirements:

  • 🧑‍💼 5–8 years of project management and related experience, with specific experience in VoIP/Telecom industry.
  • 📜 PMP or Agile CSM certification preferred.
  • 🧠 Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices; proven track record of taking projects through the full lifecycle and delivering to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • 🔍 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills, highly resourceful, and effective at managing communications across inter- and intra-project teams.
